ABSTRACT: This study aimed to morphologically characterize the isolates of Ceratocystis fimbriata from yerba mate and evaluate effect culture medium temperature on mycelial growth sporulation C. fimbriata. For morphological characterization 11 monosporic fungus, slides were prepared determine dimensions sexual asexual structures fungus. Four experiments conducted in different mediums temperatures. The showed perithecia with brown black necks, divergent ostiolar hyphae, hatshaped hyaline ascospores, single-celled, cylindrical endoconidia, globular ovoid aleurioconidia.
